Shipping & Returns

 

  • Delivery of ordered goods throughout Gozo is free for orders over €50, otherwise a flat rate of €3.00 is charged.

     

  • Deliveries to Malta are free for orders over €500, otherwise a flat rate of €7.00 is charged.

     

  • Expected delivery time: Upon confirmation of receipt of order, we will reply within 24 hours to update you on the availability of the products ordered. You will be notified of out of stock items and would reserve the right to cancel these items if the required time does not meet your expectations. Specifically ordered items require a 30% deposit.

     

  • Please note on-site installation of goods is not included with the delivery. Extra charges apply. Please check our services page for more details

     

  • All personal cheques must be cleared funds in our bank prior to delivery.

     

  • Insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser - should you require this then please notify us prior to dispatch.

Returns Policy

ICSGozo.com offers a 15-day return policy on merchandise meeting the following conditions:

 

  • All return requests must be made by telephone to Customer Service at [+356] 21558783/4 within 15 days of our original shipping date. We cannot process return requests received via email.

     

  • Return requests made within 15 days of our original shipping date, must still qualify based upon our Standard Conditions for Merchandise Returns, and exceptions thereto, listed below.

     

  • Merchandise must be returned 100% complete, in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories intact.

     

  • When appropriate, Customer Service will issue an RMA number for each authorized return.

     

  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days; authorized returns not received by ICS within 15 days of the RMA date are not returnable.

     

  • The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.

     

  • Return shipping, handling and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

     

  • Items for return (that have been authorized and include an RMA number) should be shipped via a reliable traceable carrier, with appropriate insurance, and to arrive within 15 days of the RMA date, to:

    DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If merchandise is received defective and we are notified within 15 days of our original shipping date, icsgozo.com will gladly issue a replacement item or a store credit , if available. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories intact, as outlined above.

     

    NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned if ICS is notified by telephone within 15 days of our original shipping date. An RMA will be issued and, upon receipt of the merchandise in 100% resellable condition, ICS will issue a refund or store credit for the selling price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Note that original shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping, handling and insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

    We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been opened or used. No RMAs will be issued under these circumstances.

    It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure before purchasing any software that the customer's computer system meets the minimum system requirements. Opened software is non returnable.

     

    BEYOND 15 DAYS: ICS cannot accept returns on merchandise under circumstances once 15 days have elapsed from our original shipping date.

    ICS does not directly guarantee/warranty any product. Products may be covered directly by a manufacturers warranty, if one exists. Any questions concerning manufacturer warranties or conditions related thereto should be directed to our sales department or to the manufacturer itself.

     

    EXCEPTIONS TO THE STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNS: There are no returns on custom or special orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and/or on any product designated as "Sale", "This Item On Sale, No Returns", Final Sale, or by a similarly exclusionary phrase on our website or by telephone.

     

    How we test returned items

    We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed €5.00 for DVDs, CDs and video games. Postage costs for electronics and gadgets will depend on the item.

     

    We advise you to check any DVD, CD or video game on a second machine and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.

    We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
